Soft switch (Analog) and IVR

Using a PC and a number of DUMAN MC4 USB boards you can build a scalable and a highly customizable Software switch and incorporate an easily configurable VoiceXML IVR system with virtually unlimited number of telephone channels.

Computer Telephony Applications
Using a PC and a number of DUMAN MC4 USB boards you can build a scalable and a highly customizable Computer Telephony system with virtually unlimited number of telephone channels.

E1 line concentrator
Consider that you have 64 E1 trunks that are transmitted over satellite link. Instead of connecting all of existing E1 trunks to the satellite transmitter at once you can connect only actually transmitting E1 links to the satellite transmitter using DCS and reduce the satellite link costs.

Analog to E1 line converter
Consider that you have 32 Analog PSTN telephone lines connected to your call center or head office. Instead of taking 32 Analog PSTN telephone lines from your local telephone operator you can connect only one E1 trunk, that will be faster and easier to maintain, using DUMAN CC box and reduce the line connection and maintenance costs.
